根据大量试验结果,分析了掺聚酯纤维水泥稳定碎石材料在不同养护龄期、不同纤维掺量情况下的总干缩系数、劈裂强度、无侧限抗压强度和抗压回弹模量的变化规律。试验结果表明:聚酯纤维的掺加显著地降低水泥稳定碎石总干缩系数,掺量为0.07%左右时干缩系数出现最小值;随着龄期的增长,总干缩系数不断增大,20d龄期时总干缩系数可以达到最大总干缩系数95%左右,干缩主要发生在早期。结合室内试验结果,并进行了大量数值计算,通过数值计算分析得出掺聚酯纤维水泥稳定碎石材料具有良好的抗干燥收缩性能,可以大幅度地减小干缩拉应力。
