中国银联支付学院致力于培训品牌的传承和品质的提升,努力打造经典品牌项目,让每一个品牌不仅留有余香,还能在不同阶段焕发出新的活力。中国银联支付学院的经典项目包括“远航”“引航”“启航”“扬帆”。远航“远航”项目是针对中高级管理干部开展的领导力培训,旨在培养具有国际视野的中高级人才,提升公司中高级管理干部的综合素质。2013年,中国银联支付学院在2012年“远航”项目成功举办的基础上,进一步细化需求、优化方案,组织了“远航二期”培训,培训21人次。在为期21天的培训里,学员们不仅了解了支付产业的先进经验,学习了管理及专业知识,亲身体验了银联境外支付环境,还针对公司的实际情况分组完成了课题研究报告,在“远航”中收获学习的快乐和价值。引航
