2013年8月30日,南非对原产于韩国和中国的铜版纸作出反倾销初裁:(1)由于韩国韩松纸业有限公司(Hansol Paper)和Artone Paper不存在倾销,因此不对其征收临时反倾销税;(2)对其他韩国公司征收17.25%的临时反倾销税;(3)对所有中国企业征收14.14%的临时反倾销税。该措施有效期24周。涉案产品海关编码为4810.19.90。在本案中,山东晨鸣纸业集团股份有限公司(Shandong Chenming Paper Holdings Limited)应诉。
On August 30, 2013, South Africa imposed a preliminary anti-dumping ruling on coated paper originated in Korea and China: (1) Since there is no dumping on the part of Korea’s Hansol Paper and Artone Paper, it is not imposed on temporary Anti-dumping duties; (2) a provisional anti-dumping duty of 17.25% on other Korean companies; and (3) a provisional anti-dumping duty of 14.14% on all Chinese enterprises. The measure is valid for 24 weeks. The product code of the involved products is 4810.19.90. In this case, Shandong Chenming Paper Holdings Limited filed a lawsuit.
