The First Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Railway Second Engineering Co., Ltd., in the construction of Jinyang New District, Guiyang City, carried forward the spirit of “opening the road ahead” and made outstanding contribution to the economic construction of Guizhou Province. It was honored as the “Iron Army” for the construction of the new district. With the deepening of reforms and China’s accession to the WTO, industry monopolies and industry protection have ceased to exist, and companies have greater choices for the market. As a central resident enterprise, China Railway Second Bureau and a company actively participated in the economic construction of Guizhou, and took on the Shubai Railway, Zhuzhou-Liuzhou Railway, Longdongbao Airport, Jifu Phosphorite Mine, Panxian Power Plant, Nayong Power Plant, and Yusan Expressway.
