现代学徒制是学校教育与传统学徒制完美结合的产物,很多发达国家都已成功地通过现代学徒制来解决教育与就业的矛盾,促进了职业教育的发展。本文从现代学徒制的理论研究出发,结合常州工程职业技术学院酒店管理现代学徒试点专业建设实践,探索如何构建具有我国高职教育特色的现代学徒制。
Modern apprenticeship is the product of the perfect combination of school education and traditional apprenticeship. Many developed countries have successfully solved the contradiction between education and employment through modern apprenticeship and promoted the development of vocational education. This article starts from the theoretical research of modern apprenticeship system and combines with the practice of modern apprenticeship management in hotel management of Changzhou Institute of Engineering Technology to explore how to construct modern apprenticeship system with the characteristics of higher vocational education in our country.
