小鼠在声级为104dB(A)的纺织噪声环境,每天暴露8小时,连续15天,巨噬细胞吞噬功能明显降低,淋巴细胞转化率减少、血清溶血素含量明显下降、间脑和脑干内多巴胺含量减少、血浆皮质的含量降低。在噪声连续作用的第八天,灌胃人参合剂、刺玖果合剂7天,以上指标得到明显的改善。本实验初步表明,纺织噪声慢性作用可致小鼠神经—内分泌—免疫系统功能障碍,补益类中药有良好效果。该结果可为人用抗噪声药物的研究提供实验依据。

The results provide an experimental basis for the study of anti-noise drugs.
