企业核心竞争力的提升需要预定创新战略和突变创新战略的有机结合,要增强竞争优势必须对后者给予足够重视。突变创新战略的源泉来自企业各阶层员工的创新设想,突变创新战略模型阐释了突变创新战略制定、选择、执行和评价的全过程。最后,实施突变创新战略的关键途径在于企业内、外部融智的程度,企业通过内谐化与外延化统一管理的办法能够实现“智慧与资金”的高效融合。
To enhance the core competence of an enterprise requires the combination of the planned innovation strategy and the innovative innovation strategy. To enhance the competitive advantage, the latter must be given enough attention. The source of the mutation innovation strategy comes from the innovative assumption of all levels of employees in the enterprise. The mutation innovation strategy model illustrates the whole process of formulating, selecting, implementing and evaluating the mutation innovation strategy. Finally, the key way to implement abrupt innovation strategy lies in the degree of internal and external financial intelligence, and enterprises can realize the efficient integration of “wisdom and capital” through the unified management of internal harmonization and deconvolution.
