目的探讨载脂蛋白C-Ⅲ(apolipoprotein C-Ⅲ,Apo C-Ⅲ)基因rs2542052位点多态性与广西巴马长寿的相关性以及基因多态性与饮酒的交互作用对巴马长寿的影响。方法于2010年7月,抽取巴马地区152名长寿老人作为长寿组,抽取南丹地区无长寿家族史的240名健康成年人作为对照组。采用Taq Man探针实时荧光定量PCR技术对Apo C-Ⅲ基因rs2542052位点进行基因分型。结果与对照组相比,长寿组Apo C-Ⅲ基因rs2542052位点基因型和等位基因频率分布差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);基因型与饮酒存在交互作用(P<0.05)。与CC基因型且不饮酒比较,CC基因型且饮酒不利于长寿(OR=0.142,P<0.05),而AC和AA基因型携带者不论是否饮酒均不利于长寿(OR<1,P<0.05)。结论 Apo C-Ⅲ基因rs2542052位点CC基因型携带者不饮酒更有利于长寿。
Objective To investigate the relationship between rs2542052 polymorphism of apolipoprotein C-Ⅲ (Apo C-Ⅲ) gene and longevity of Bama Guangxi and the effects of the interaction between gene polymorphism and alcohol consumption on the longevity of Bama . Methods In July 2010, 152 longevity elders from Bama Prefecture were selected as the longevity group and 240 healthy adults without longevity family history from Nandan area were selected as the control group. The TaqMan probe real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to genotype rs2542052 of Apo C-Ⅲ gene. Results Compared with the control group, genotype and allele frequencies of rs2542052 in Apo C-Ⅲ gene in longevity group were significantly different (P <0.05). There was interaction between genotype and alcohol consumption (P <0.05). Compared with CC genotype and non-alcohol drinking, genotype CC and alcohol drinking were not beneficial to longevity (OR = 0.142, P <0.05), while carriers of AC and AA genotypes were not beneficial to longevity (OR <1, P <0.05) ). Conclusion Apo C-Ⅲ gene rs2542052 locus CC genotype carriers do not drink more conducive to longevity.
