利用化学镀技术 ,制备了非晶态Ni P合金基纳米Al2 O3复合镀层 ,研究了纳米Al2 O3微粒的加入量、加入方式以及搅拌方式等对复合镀层组织和形貌的影响。结果表明 ,纳米Al2 O3在加入到镀液中以前 ,应先选用适当的表面活性剂和分散介质制成单分散添加液 ,然后再加到镀槽中才可保证纳米粒子在镀层中的均匀弥散分布 ,在超声振动搅拌方式下 ,镀液中只需加入 1g L纳米Al2 O3,即可得到颗粒细小、分散均匀的非晶态Ni P合金基纳米Al2 O3的复合镀层
Amorphous Ni P alloy-based nano-Al 2 O 3 composite coatings were prepared by electroless plating technology. The effects of the addition amount of nano Al 2 O 3 particles, adding method and stirring method on the microstructure and morphology of the composite coatings were studied. The results show that nano Al 2 O 3 should be added to the bath before the monodisperse additive solution should be selected by proper surface active agent and dispersion medium to ensure uniform dispersion of the nanoparticles in the coating Distribution, ultrasonic vibration stirring mode, the plating solution just by adding 1g L nano Al2 O3, you can get small particles, uniform dispersion of amorphous Ni P alloy based nano Al2 O3 composite coating
