研究了4种常用基托材料(塑料)的不同的粉、液搭配,以及5种热聚合方法对基托冲击强度、弯曲强度、表面硬度和挠曲度的影响.发现不碎胶”的冲击强度大于“美丽登”和国产材料;各组在弯曲强度和表面硬度方面无明显差异;“不碎胶”和“美丽登”的粉剂与国产单体配用,对材料的机械性能无明显影响;各种材料如按厂方介绍的方法进行热聚合处理,能保证材料的力学性能.
The effects of different powder and liquid combinations of four kinds of commonly used base materials (plastics) and five kinds of thermal polymerization methods on impact strength, flexural strength, surface hardness and deflection of the base were studied. The results showed that the impact strength of “no broken rubber” was greater than that of “beautiful board” and domestic materials. There was no significant difference in flexural strength and surface hardness between the groups. The “unbroken” and “beautiful” The mechanical properties of the material had no significant effect; the thermal polymerization of various materials such as those described by the manufacturer could ensure the mechanical properties of the material.
