目的探讨早期肠内营养(EN)在脑梗死患者中的应用效果及其对神经功能恢复的影响。方法 60例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为肠内营养组(鼻饲整蛋白肠内营养制剂)和对照组(鼻饲流质及半流质饮食),各30例。分别于入院24~48 h内给予营养支持。观察两组患者入院第1、14天前白蛋白、总蛋白、淋巴细胞计数、神经功能评分(NIHSS)的差异。结果入院后第14天肠内营养组前白蛋白、总蛋白、淋巴细胞计数较对照组明显升高,NIHSS评分评明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者早期给予整蛋白肠内营养能够改善患者营养状况,有利于神经功能恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition (EN) in patients with cerebral infarction and its effect on neural function recovery. Methods Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into enteral nutrition group (nourished whole protein enteral nutrition) and control group (nasal fluid quality and semi-liquid diet), 30 cases in each. Nutritional support was given within 24 ~ 48 h of admission. The differences of albumin, total protein, lymphocyte count and neurological function score (NIHSS) before and 14 days after admission were observed in both groups. Results On the 14th day after admission, the prealbumin, total protein and lymphocyte counts in enteral nutrition group were significantly higher than those in control group, and NIHSS score was significantly lower (P <0.05). Conclusion The early administration of albumin enteral nutrition in patients with acute cerebral infarction can improve the nutritional status of patients and is conducive to the recovery of neurological function.
