[目的]准确分析一起细菌性食物中毒的原因,为食物中毒的处理提供依据。[方法]按照GB/T4789-2003及WS/T80-1996对所采集的食物中毒标本进行检验,分析中毒的原因。[结果]12份标本中检出4株金黄色葡萄球菌,均产生肠毒素,未检出其他肠道致病菌。[结论]该次事件为学校金黄色葡萄球菌食物中毒,应加强食品卫生的管理工作,防止金黄色葡萄球菌污染食品,尤其要防止金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素的产生。
[Objective] To analyze the cause of bacterial food poisoning accurately and provide basis for food poisoning treatment. [Method] The collected samples of food poisoning were tested according to GB / T4789-2003 and WS / T80-1996 to analyze the causes of poisoning. [Result] Four strains of Staphylococcus aureus were detected in 12 samples, all produced enterotoxins, but no other pathogenic bacteria in the intestine were detected. [Conclusion] The incident was caused by food poisoning of Staphylococcus aureus in schools. The management of food hygiene should be strengthened to prevent Staphylococcus aureus from contaminating food, in particular to prevent the production of Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin.
