叶片是光合作用的主要器官,豆荚是构成产量的因素之一,二者关系极其密切又比较复杂。本试验表明,去叶处理,有叶节叶片的光合产物并非只供给本节荚,还可以同去叶节荚输送,形成有叶节60%以上的产量。去叶处理,荚、粒数减少,粒重降低,叶是产量的限制因素。去荚处理,单株荚数、粒数、秕粒数减少,养分在叶片内“积累”,叶色较深,成熟期推迟,荚对产量起了限制作用。试验还表明,叶面积指数在3.7—4.8范围内与产量呈直线线性关系;通过整枝调整叶片在不同层次的分布,增加叶片厚度,又可获得增产。由此可见,协调叶(源)荚(库)关系是获得高产的关健。
