建立整合型医疗服务体系是世界各国卫生改革的重要研究命题和趋势,整体化体系的变革可以促进医疗服务质量的提升和医疗成本的降低.rn1.概念与内涵目前国内外对整合型医疗服务体系的概念界定尚不统一.根据WHO的定义,其是指根据居民健康需求,由卫生体系内不同层级机构协作为其提供健康促进、疾病预防、诊疗、康复及管理等连续性服务.核心理念为以人为本,旨在实现医疗服务的整合.
