油田或原油炼制之前,要把原油含的水和盐脱去,利用一个装有高压电的罐里,在高压电场的作用下,使油水分离,从而达到原油脱水脱盐的目的。我们经过长期的实践,最后用“界面油液冲洗电极法”突破了难以取出信号的关键问题,终于实现了电脱盐油水界面的自动控制,自1978年7月投运以来,性能稳定,控制可靠。 Before the oilfield or crude oil refinery, we should take off the water and salt contained in the crude oil, use a high voltage electric tank to separate the oil and water under the action of the high voltage electric field so as to achieve the purpose of dewatering and desalting the crude oil.
