依托“融知发酵”理论,将企业技术创新能力评价指标划分为基于“融知发酵”模型的静态指标和基于发酵反馈过程的动态评价指标,对吉林省机器人企业技术创新能力进行评价:基于静态评价指标的分析可以看出企业需要增强知识母体的培育与供给,通过引进专业化人才,积极改善知识环境,努力拓展企业融资渠道;基于动态评价指标的分析可以看出企业需要将重心更多地关注于知识技术转化和技术产品转化这两大发酵反馈过程,对发酵反馈过程所暴露出来的问题做好相应引导,以便企业更加顺利地实现技术创新。

Based on the analysis of dynamic evaluation index, we can see that enterprises need to Focus on more attention to the conversion of knowledge and technology and technological transformation of these two products fermentation feedback process, the fermentation feedback process exposed the issue to make the appropriate guidance so that enterprises can more smoothly achieve technological innovation.
