本文从分析空压机润滑油消耗的机理出发,认定润滑油进入气缸是油耗的主要部分。在采取了改进加工工艺、提高有关零件加工质量、选用适当结构及尺寸参数的活塞环等措施后,使2Z-0.5/10,4V-1.0/10型空压机润滑油油耗由2.5g/kW·h下降到0.17g/kW·h,远低于部颁标准和外商的要求,为上述空压机出口创造了良好的条件。
Based on the analysis of the mechanism of air compressor oil consumption, this paper finds that the oil entering the cylinder is the main part of fuel consumption. After taking such measures as improving the processing technology, improving the quality of parts processing, selecting the piston ring with the appropriate structure and size parameters, the fuel consumption of 2Z-0.5 / 10,4V-1.0 / 10 air compressor is reduced from 2.5g / kW · H down to 0.17g / kW · h, far below the ministerial standards and foreign requirements, for the export of air compressors to create a good condition.
