对 4程放大器中杂散光 1至 3阶会聚点进行了计算。以神光 III原型装置某光路设计方案为例 ,光线追踪结果显示 :两个空间滤波器的透镜反射面在光腔内产生约 90 0多个可能引起激光材料损伤的鬼像会聚点。
The 1st to 3rd convergence points of stray light in a 4-way amplifier are calculated. Taking a light path design of SG prototype device as an example, ray tracing results show that the lens reflecting surfaces of two spatial filters generate about 90 0 ghost spots in the optical cavity that may cause laser material damage.
