2007年~2010年期间在东海水产研究所对高性能乙纶八股绳性能进行了研究。结果表明,公称直径12.0 mm和14.0 mm高性能乙纶八股绳的力学性能、耐磨性和使用寿命优于等直径的普通三股乙纶绳,其性能价格比优于普通三股乙纶绳和普通三股锦纶绳。高性能乙纶八股绳为我国节能降耗型网具的研制提供了配套材料,具有一定的安全效果和经济可行性,能在我国渔业中应用并推广。
From 2007 to 2010 at the East China Sea Fisheries Research Institute of high-performance polyethylene eight-rope performance were studied. The results show that the mechanical properties, abrasion resistance and service life of the eight-ropes with nominal diameters of 12.0 mm and 14.0 mm are better than the average three-ply polyethylene ropes of equal diameter. The performance-cost ratio is superior to ordinary three-ply vinylon ropes and ordinary Three nylon rope. The high-performance polyethylene eight-rope for the development of China’s energy saving network equipment provided supporting materials, with a certain safety effect and economic feasibility, can be applied in our fisheries and promotion.
