对结构材料与压电陶瓷传感器的应力应变传递关系进行了研究。根据剪应力滞后分析 ,提出了一种专门针对此智能材料的三层应力模型 ,得到了结构材料与传感器之间的应变传递因子 ,并通过计算机仿真实验 ,分析了粘接层和压电层性质 (弹性性质和厚度 )对应变传递应子的影响
The relationship between stress and strain of structural materials and piezoceramic sensors was studied. According to the analysis of shear stress hysteresis, a three-layer stress model is put forward specially for this smart material, and the strain transfer factor between the structure material and the sensor is obtained. Through the computer simulation experiment, the properties of the adhesive layer and the piezoelectric layer (Elastic properties and thickness) on the impact of strain transfer
