建筑是温室气体减排的重点领域之一。由于建筑数量多、单体建筑排放量少、排放源分散等问题,导致建筑温室气体排放的核算和监测难度较大。目前,对建筑温室气体排放的边界界定、组成内容等问题仍存在争议,国内外对建筑温室气体排放核算尚未形成系统、一致的方法。作者在对比和分析国内外现有建筑温室气体排放核算方法的基础上,提出了适合于中国实际情况的核算方法,采用两个层级来划分活动水平数据和排放因子的精确度水平,针对集中采暖建筑温室气体排放的核算难点和重点,提出了较为科学合理的核算方法,以期为我国建筑领域开展温室气体排放的核算、核查和碳交易提供参考。
Building is one of the key areas for reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Due to the large number of buildings, less emissions of single buildings and scattered emission sources, it is more difficult to calculate and monitor the greenhouse gas emissions of buildings. At present, there is still controversy over the definition of the boundary of greenhouse gas emission and the composition of the greenhouse gas emissions. There is still no systematic and consistent method of accounting greenhouse gas emissions at home and abroad. On the basis of comparing and analyzing the accounting methods for greenhouse gas emissions of existing buildings at home and abroad, the author puts forward accounting methods suitable for China’s actual conditions. The two levels are used to classify the level of activity data and the accuracy of emission factors. For centralized heating This paper proposes a more scientific and reasonable accounting method in order to provide a reference for the accounting, verification and carbon trading of greenhouse gas emissions in the construction field in China.
