文章用薄片、扫描电镜、能谱X射线衍射及粒度分析考查了酸化反应对四川低渗透砂岩储层中矿物组成及结构的影响。研究结果表明 ,绿泥石粘土矿物在盐酸中的酸蚀效果与第二代充填物的种类有关 ,当第二代充填物为碳酸盐、伊利石及石英时 ,分别为强溶蚀、部分溶蚀及几乎不溶蚀。氢氟酸溶蚀砂岩中各种碎屑及充填物的反应效果随酸化液中氢氟酸的有效浓度而变化。根据薄片分析有助于设计溶蚀率高、而孔隙骨架水遭到破坏的合适的酸化液配方。一定条件下用盐酸酸化砂岩可形成良好的酸蚀孔道。研究还认为 ,酸化反应机理的某些细节比我们预期的要复杂的多 ,这将有助于我们优化酸化增产措施。
The effects of acidification on the composition and structure of minerals in low permeability sandstone reservoirs in Sichuan Province were investigated by flake, SEM, EDS and particle size analysis. The results show that the etchant effect of chlorite clay minerals in hydrochloric acid is related to the type of second generation filling. When the second generation filling materials are carbonate, illite and quartz, they are strongly dissolved and partially dissolved And almost no corrosion. The effect of hydrofluoric acid dissolution sandstone on various detritus and filling changes with the effective concentration of hydrofluoric acid in the acidified solution. Based on the analysis of thin sections, it helps to design a suitable acidizing solution that has a high dissolution rate and voids in the pore structure. Under certain conditions acidified sand with hydrochloric acid can form a good acid etching hole. The study also believes that some details of the acidification reaction mechanism than we expected to be more complex, which will help us optimize the acidification stimulation measures.
