曹建厚同志的短文揭露的一些学校和班级在学生考试中弄虚作假的恶劣行径，应当引起我们的重视，并在实际工作中切实加以解决。弄虚作假是资产阶级的作风。一切剥削阶级和利己主义者，为了谋取私利、追求荣誉、地位，都要靠弄虚作假、吹牛撒谎。但是，历史是无情的，弄虚作假只能哄人于一时，不能骗人于长久。古往今来，私字膨胀、弄虚作假的人都是要摔跟头的。这是事物发展的必然。那种以为“弄虚能得逞，作假可成功”的想法，则是违背科学的，终究是要犯错误的。弄虚作假的坏作风，破坏党的实事求是的优良传统，腐蚀革命队伍，不利于教学秩序的整顿，也不利于教学质量的提高，必须彻底扫除干净。做老实人光荣，弄虚作假可耻！

All exploiting classes and self-interested people must resort to falsification and bragging to lie in order to seek personal gain and pursue honor and status. However, history is ruthless, and falsification can only be for a short while and cannot be deceived for long. Throughout the ages, people with inflated private characters and fraudulent practices are trying to fall. This is the inevitable development of things. The kind of thinking that “they can succeed and falsify but can succeed” is against the science, and in the end it is to make mistakes. The use of fraudulent bad styles to undermine the Party’s fine tradition of seeking truth from facts and corrupting the revolutionary ranks is not conducive to the rectification of the teaching order and is not conducive to the improvement of teaching quality. It must be thoroughly eliminated. Being honest and glorious, sham and shameful!
