此次地方换届,继续体现了我国一直重视使用、提拔妇女干部的组织路线从去年中开始,我国已有14个省完成了领导班子的换届工作。从目前已公开的情况看,已换届地方妇女干部的比例均有小幅提高。如江苏省换届后,95个县(市、区)委班子配备女干部122名,占领导总数的12.4%,增长了3.7%。在湖南,全省182名市州党委领导中有女干部15名,比换届前高15.4%,县处级女干部则达到151名,比换届前提高2.5%。从此次换届的结果看,重视妇女干部的人选,提高妇女干部参政比例,依然是我国干部路线的重要内容之一。这不仅体现了中国政治文明的进步,同时也从一个侧面反映了我国妇女社会地位的提高。
The general change of places has continued to reflect the organizational line that our country has always attached importance to using and promoting women cadres. Since the middle of last year, 14 provinces in our country have completed the general election of leading bodies. Judging from the current public information, the proportion of women cadres in different places has increased slightly. For example, after the change of province, 122 counties with 95 counties (cities, districts) were assigned with women cadres, accounting for 12.4% of the total, an increase of 3.7%. In Hunan, there are 15 female cadres among 182 municipal Party committee leaders in the province, up 15.4% from the previous level and 151 female cadres at county level, up 2.5% from the previous level. As a result of this general election, it is still one of the important parts of the cadre line for our country to attach importance to the selection of women cadres and to increase the percentage of women cadres participating in the political affairs. This not only reflects the progress of China’s political civilization, but also reflects the improvement of the social status of Chinese women in one aspect.
