目的探讨蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑血管痉挛(CVS)时血和脑脊液中神经降压素(NT)的变化规律及作用。方法采用放免技术动态观察了犬SAH后血浆、CSF中NT含量动态变化。结果SAH组血浆、脑脊液中NT含量增高。血浆中NT在注血后2天开始增高,第7天最高(P<0.01)。脑脊液中NT在注血后30min即显著增高(P<0.01),第7天最高。结论NT可能参与了SAH后CVS的过程。
Objective To investigate the regularity and effect of neurotensin (NT) in blood and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) after cerebral vasospasm (CVS) after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods The radioimmunoassay was used to dynamically observe the dynamic changes of NT content in plasma and CSF after SAH in dogs. Results The content of NT in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of SAH group increased. NT in plasma began to increase 2 days after blood injection, and reached the highest on day 7 (P <0.01). NT in cerebrospinal fluid was significantly increased 30 min after blood injection (P <0.01), the highest on the 7th day. Conclusion NT may be involved in the process of CVS after SAH.
