以空隙率28%的沥青混合料矿料级配为基准,按油石比为1.8%、2.1%、2.4%、2.7%、3.0%配制成大孔隙沥青混合料,在不同油石比配制成的大孔隙沥青混合料中灌入橡胶粉水泥砂浆生成沥青混合料基灌注式半刚性路面。通过油石比为1.8%、2.1%、2.4%、2.7%、3.0%的沥青混合料基灌注式半刚性路面试样浸水、冻融劈裂强度、动水抗冲磨等抗腐性能试验研究,表明油石比大小影响沥青混合料基灌注式半刚性路面抗腐性能。当油石比在2.4%~2.6%范围内时,生成的沥青混合料基灌注式半刚性路面抗腐性能最佳。该研究可为沥青混合料基灌注式半刚性路面在工程上的应用提供依据。
Based on the aggregate gradation of asphalt mixture with 28% porosity, macroporous asphalt mixture was prepared with the ratio of oil to stone of 1.8%, 2.1%, 2.4%, 2.7% and 3.0% Porous asphalt mixture filled with rubber powder cement mortar generated asphalt mixture based semi-rigid perfusion. The experimental study on anti-corrosion performance of semi-rigid asphalt pavement samples with water-rock ratio of 1.8%, 2.1%, 2.4%, 2.7% and 3.0% It is shown that the ratio of oil to stone affects the corrosion resistance of asphalt mixture based semi-rigid perfusion pavement. When the ratio of whetstone is in the range of 2.4% -2.6%, the resulting asphalt mixture-based semi-rigid perfusion road surface has the best corrosion resistance. The research can provide the basis for the application of asphalt mixture based semi-rigid pavement in engineering.
