高校系上市公司是我国特有的产学研合作组织形式。全面观察高校系上市公司与背景高校的关联程度,客观评价公司绩效与产学研结合的实际效果,对当前高校分类改革具有重要意义。探讨关联高校科研实力与高校系上市公司经营业绩的关联度,我们提出三个研究假设,并进行实证分析,结果表明:高校系上市公司的研发成果与背景高校的科研实力正相关,且具有学科优势的高校对同行业上市公司研发成果的促进作用更明显;高校系上市公司的研发成果与其经营业绩弱负相关;高校系上市公司的经营业绩与背景高校的科研实力显著负相关。我国高校系上市公司与高校间的产学研合作效率较低,但学科优势对高校系上市公司的支持作用明显。
The university listed company is the unique form of cooperation among industry, university and research institutes in our country. A comprehensive observation of the correlation between listed companies in colleges and universities in the background and objective evaluation of the actual performance of companies and the combination of industry, university and research institutes is of great significance to the current reform of university classification. To explore the correlation between the scientific research strength of affiliated universities and the business performance of listed companies in colleges and universities, we put forward three research hypotheses and carry out empirical analysis. The results show that the research results of university listed companies are positively correlated with the scientific strength of universities in the background, The advantages of colleges and universities on the same industry listed companies R & D results more significant role in promoting; R & D results of listed companies in colleges and universities and its business performance weakly negatively related to the performance of colleges and universities listed companies operating performance and the background of the university’s scientific research strength was significantly negatively correlated. The efficiency of industry-university-institute cooperation between listed universities and colleges in our country is low, but the superiority of disciplinary advantages to the listed companies in colleges and universities is obvious.
