我们学习了上棉28厂固定床离子交换剂使用芒硝还原后,组织了试验组,摸索在移动床上的应用。芒硝是生产人造棉的副产品,但其他化纤厂因NaSO_4含有其他成份,能否用在移动床上还要做试验,芒硝价格20元/T,合60％水,40％NaSO_4。芒硝在浙江地区比较容易搞到,为此我局对此进行了试验。找出适合的浓度为1.3～1.5％左右,要在一定的流量下,结晶的比较小,把设备进行必要的改进能达到: (1)再生液流速35m/时以上; (2)再生塔、即要再生后顶水,把液水赶出,出水水质稳定在0.01～0.03,饱和程度与食盐相同,出水量与原来用盐再生时相同,每吨水用纯NaSO_411.4kg。每批货源要试验。清洗水量比原来增加50％。初步试验,每大周期冲15—20分钟,用水量800kg,其他与食盐相同。
We have studied the use of Glauber’s salt in the fixed-bed ion exchangers of Shangmian 28 plant, and organized the experimental group to explore applications in moving beds. Each batch of sources to be tested. The amount of washing water is increased by 50% compared to the original. In the preliminary test, each large cycle is rushed for 15-20 minutes, and the water consumption is 800kg. Others are the same as those for salt.
