一、过去污水泵站底板的设计解放后中小型污水泵站底板设计沿用了苏联的设计方法和构造要求。当以抽水的方式把地下水位降至泵站底板的设计标高以下时,在泵站底面中央设置滤鼓,并安装吸水管,使地下水位稳定在底板设计标高以下。钢筋混凝土底板达到设计强度之后,滤鼓用钢板封住,在钢板上面填混凝土至底板顶部标高。底板镶嵌在刃脚以上20~40厘米的筒壁内(详见图1)。刃脚钢筋构造详见图2a。
