随着我国市场经济的进一步发展,对我国国有企业实施改革与改制,建立有效的治理结构迫在眉睫。在此背景下,笔者对MBO即管理者收购的诸多法律问题进行了研讨,针对目前法律的不完善提出了对策。
With the further development of the market economy in our country, it is imminent to implement the reform and restructuring of state-owned enterprises in our country and establish an effective governance structure.
