探讨清热祛湿方对肝纤维化大鼠肝功能、肝组织SOD、MDA及超微结构的影响。采用复合因素诱导大鼠肝纤维化,光镜观察肝组织病理学变化、电镜观察肝组织的超微结构、并测定血清ALT、AST水平及肝组织SOD活性、Hyp、MDA含量。结果显示,清热祛湿方能明显改善大鼠肝组织病理变化和超微结构,降低模型大鼠血清ALT、AST水平以及肝组织Hyp、MDA的含量并提高肝组织SOD活性。提示,清热祛湿方可以有效抑制复合因素诱导的大鼠肝纤维化形成,其作用机制与抑制脂质过氧化、保护肝细胞,抑制肝纤维化的启动有关。
To investigate the effects of “Qingre Qushi Decoction” on hepatic function, hepatic SOD, MDA and ultrastructure in hepatic fibrosis rats. Rat liver fibrosis was induced by composite factors. The pathological changes of liver tissue were observed by light microscopy, the ultrastructure of liver tissue was observed by electron microscopy, serum ALT, AST levels, SOD activity, Hyp, MDA content in liver tissue were measured. The results showed that the Qingre Qushi Recipe could significantly improve the pathological changes and ultrastructure of liver tissue in rats, reduce serum ALT, AST levels, hepatic tissue Hyp and MDA contents, and increase liver SOD activity in model rats. It is suggested that the Qingre Qushi Decoction can effectively inhibit the compound factor-induced hepatic fibrosis formation in rats, and its mechanism of action is related to inhibition of lipid peroxidation, protection of hepatocytes, and inhibition of hepatic fibrosis initiation.
