目的探讨甲状腺乳头状癌中CK19、galectin-3、HBME-1和Ret的表达及其在病理诊断中的价值。方法分别采用免疫组织化学Envision法及LSAB法检测CK19、galectin-3、HBME-1和Ret在70例甲状腺乳头状癌、15例结节性甲状腺肿和40例癌旁正常滤泡中的表达。结果CK19、galectin-3、HBME-1和Ret在乳头状癌组织的阳性率为100%(70/70)、97.2%(68/70)、94.3%(66/70)和88.6%(62/70),均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论CK19、galectin-3、HBME-1和Ret在甲状腺乳头状癌中表达增加,在病理诊断中有一定价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of CK19, galectin-3, HBME-1 and Ret in papillary thyroid carcinoma and its value in pathological diagnosis. METHODS: Immunohistochemical Envision and LSAB were used to detect the expression of CK19, galectin-3, HBME-1 and Ret in 70 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma, 15 cases of nodular goiter and 40 cases of normal follicles adjacent to the tumor. Results The positive rates of CK19, galectin-3, HBME-1 and Ret in papillary carcinoma were 100% (70/70), 97.2% (68/70), 94.3% (66/70) and 88.6% (62/ 70), both statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The expression of CK19, galectin-3, HBME-1 and Ret is increased in papillary thyroid carcinoma and has a certain value in pathological diagnosis.
