In this study, chronic manganese intoxication male workers by peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus test and chromosome aberration changes in order to explore whether the chronic manganese poisoning male workers’ cytogenetic material has been damaged. To determine the patients with manganese poisoning of lymphocyte genetic material to provide a scientific basis for the degree of damage. MATERIALS AND METHODS I.METHODS: Forty-two male workers with chronic manganese poisoning who had been diagnosed were selected, aged from 35 to 49 years with an average of 42 years old.
