选择经集体诊断的矽肺0+43例,Ⅰ期矽肺45例,Ⅱ期矽肺39例,Ⅲ期矽肺3例,非矽肺患者接尘工人47例,进行超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化脂质(LPO)测定。结果随着矽肺病变化和发展,机体血清的总SOD活力呈显著下降趋势,而各期矽肺患者血清LPO含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.001),随矽肺病变增加,LPO水平呈显著上升趋势,表明矽肺发生与机体自由基代谢平衡有关,表现为自由基反应的增强和抗氧化能力的减弱。
