在水稻幼苗期、分蘖期、园秆拔节期,用不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)溶液,连续4年重复3~4次处理sd-1和5个非sd-1基因矮生和半矮生水稻品种。结果表明:除雪禾矮早有些差异外,4个矮生和半矮生基因品种株高不论在幼苗期、分蘖期或园秆拔节期对GA3反应均敏感。相关分析表明:这种敏感性在幼苗期与分裂期和园秆拔节期之间呈显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.8571*和0.8756*,分裂期与园秆拔节期也呈正相关(0.9213*)。说明目前国内外采用以水稻株高对GA3反应敏感与否来判断是否携带sd-1基因的方法是不可靠的。如何快速有效鉴定新矮源需进一步探索。
Sd-1 and 5 non-sd-1 genes were dwarfed and semi-dwarfed for 3 to 4 times in succession for 4 years in rice seedling stage, tillering stage and stalk jointing stage with different concentrations of gibberellin (GA3) Raw rice varieties. The results showed that the plant height of four dwarf and semi-dwarf varieties was sensitive to GA3 at seedling stage, tillering stage or jointing stage. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between this sensitivity and seedling stage and between jointing stage and stem jointing stage, the correlation coefficients were 0.8571 * and 0.8756 * respectively, and the correlation between split stage and jointing stage was also positive (0.9213 *). Indicating that at present, the method of judging whether or not sd-1 is carried by the sensitivity of plant height to GA3 is not reliable at home and abroad. How to quickly and effectively identify new dwarf sources needs to be further explored.
