从资源的角度研究企业的无形资源管理问题,学术界这方面的成果甚少。从企业资源的无形性有形性把创造价值要素分为无形资源和有形资源。忽视无形资源的管理是中国企业的通病。改革开放以来中国的许多名牌企业倒闭被兼并,以及加入WTO后,中国企业由于出口产品技术含量低相互压价遭遇反倾销越来越多的事实,充分证明企业无形资源管理的重要性和迫切性。本文针对中国企业的实际情况,提出首先要从战略上增强无形资源的管理意识、建立机构、健全制度,其次要在微观层面加强对无形资源的开发与创造、保护与创新。以此为中国企业做大做强,增强其国际竞争力提供些有益的启示。
From the perspective of resources to study the intangible resources management of enterprises, the academic achievements in this area very little. The intangible tangible resources from the enterprise resources to create value elements are divided into intangible resources and physical resources. Ignoring the management of intangible resources is a common problem for Chinese enterprises. Since the reform and opening up, many famous brand enterprises in China have been merged into bankruptcy. As a result of the fact that the anti-dumping of Chinese enterprises due to the low technical content of their export products is becoming more and more anti-dumping after the accession to the WTO, it has fully proved the importance and urgency of the intangible resource management of enterprises. According to the actual situation of Chinese enterprises, this paper proposes that we should first strengthen the management awareness of intangible resources strategically, establish institutions and improve the system, and secondly, strengthen the development, creation, protection and innovation of intangible resources at the micro level. In this way, it will provide some useful enlightenment for Chinese enterprises to become bigger and stronger and enhance their international competitiveness.
