目的对轻中度支气管哮喘患者应用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗过程中Th1/Th2细胞因子平衡的变化情况进行分析探讨。方法随机抽取在2009年11月至2012年11月间我院收治轻中度支气管哮喘患者病例68例,将其分成对照组和观察组,对照组接受吸氧、静脉氨茶碱以及抗感染等常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上接受布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,而后对两组患者展开Th1/Th2细胞因子水平检测,并对比分析检测结果。结果治疗后观察组患者外周血清中IL-5水平较对照组低,而IL-2与IFN-γ水平则较对照组高,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对轻中度支气管哮喘患者采取布地奈德雾化吸入治疗可有效改善Th1/Th2细胞因子的平衡,值得关注。
Objective To investigate the changes of Th1 / Th2 cytokine balance during the inhalation of budesonide inhalation in patients with mild to moderate bronchial asthma. Methods Sixty-eight patients with mild to moderate bronchial asthma were randomly selected from November 2009 to November 2012 in our hospital. Patients in the control group were divided into control group and observation group. The control group received oxygen inhalation, intravenous aminophylline and anti-infection The patients in the observation group were treated with budesonide inhalation therapy on the basis of routine treatment. Th1 / Th2 cytokine levels were detected in both groups, and the results were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of IL-5 in peripheral blood serum of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion It is worth noting that the inhalation of budesonide inhalation can effectively improve the balance of Th1 / Th2 cytokines in patients with mild to moderate bronchial asthma.
