黄陵矿业公司是陕煤化集团所属大型现代化核心企业,始建于1989年9月,现已发展成为煤、化、电、路、建筑建材、生态果蔬等产业多元互补、循环发展的现代能源化工企业,形成了“煤炭洗选-精煤炼焦-焦炉煤气制甲醇-甲醇驰放气制合成氨”和“煤炭洗选-煤泥煤矸石煤矿疏干水发电-灰渣制建材”两条循环经济产业链,实现了煤炭资源有效价值的“吃干榨净”。2015年,公司原煤产量达到1600万吨,生产焦炭200万吨、化工产品30万吨,发电15亿度,完成铁路运量1300万吨。在全行业普遍亏损的情况下,依然实现销售收入65亿元、利润2亿元。
