随着时代的快速演变,我国高校图书馆图书资料管理工作也迎来了越来越多的新挑战,诸如相当一部分编目工作已经实现了自动化,在图书资料信息的检索方面技术水平要求也越来越高,因此高校图书资料管理人员务必要不断学习,加强自身综合素质的培养。本文针对当前高校图书馆信息服务面对的新挑战,图书资料管理人员进行素质教育的必要性和紧迫性,以及这类人员综合素质和服务水平的现状展开分析,最后提出了提高高校图书资料管理人员综合素质的建议与对策。
