煤矿软岩巷道围岩由于流变性能大、裂隙分布广泛等特点难以达到有效的支护效果,而注浆技术则是针对软岩巷道的一种有效支护方式。本文主要从力学角度分析了煤矿巷道软岩注浆加固机理,认为通过注浆对于软岩巷道可以达到四个方面的作用,通过注浆加固不仅可以提高软岩巷道围岩的结构的整体性,更重要的提高了围岩的强度了承载能力,能够达到软岩巷道控制的目的。
The soft rock roadway surrounding rock of coal mine is difficult to achieve effective supporting effect due to its large rheological properties and wide distribution of fractures. However, grouting technology is an effective supporting method for soft rock tunnel. In this paper, the mechanism of soft rock grouting reinforcement in coal mine roadway is mainly analyzed from mechanics point of view. It is considered that grouting can play four roles in soft rock roadway. By grouting reinforcement, not only the integrity of the surrounding rock of soft rock roadway can be improved, More important to improve the strength of the surrounding rock carrying capacity, to achieve the purpose of soft rock roadway control.
