目的:对产后妇女计划生育服务需求调查及对策进行分析。方法:选取2010年11月~2013年8月在我院产后妇女200例,依据城乡分为2组,高中组患者100例,为高中及高中以上文化水平患者,高中以下组患者100例,为高中以下文化水平患者,对产后计划生育服务要求进行问卷调查和实施措施进行分析。结果:高中组患者对计划生育知识的掌握、计划生育需求比例均显著高于高中以下组患者,差异性显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。针对患者的文化水平差异性进行针对性的计划生育健康教育指导,获得较好的临床效果。结论:高中以下产妇由于计划生育知识的缺乏,同时在调查中对计划生育需求率较低,因此针对高中以下产妇产后应加强计划生育健康教育和干预措施。为产后妇女提供优质的计划生育服务,可有效的加强产后妇女主动获取计划生育知识、降低意外妊娠、人流比例,提高妇女生活质量、降低产后妇女因计划生育知识缺乏导致身体损害,增强产后妇女的生殖健康。 Objective: To investigate the demand of postpartum women’s family planning services and countermeasures. Methods: A total of 200 postnatal women in our hospital from November 2010 to August 2013 were selected and divided into two groups according to the urban and rural areas. 100 high school students were enrolled in this study. Among them, there were 100 patients with high school education and above high school education. Patients with high school education below the level of the post-natal family planning service requirements survey and implementation of measures to conduct an analysis. Results: The knowledge of family planning and the need of family planning in senior high school students were significantly higher than those in the high school students, with significant difference (P <0.05). Targeted sexual health education guidance for family planning for patients with different cultural levels, access to better clinical results. Conclusions: Due to the lack of knowledge of family planning and the low demand rate of family planning in the survey, maternal health education and interventions should be strengthened for postpartum high school students. Providing post-natal women with quality family planning services can effectively enhance postpartum women’s initiative to obtain family planning knowledge, reduce unwanted pregnancies and the proportion of infants, improve women’s quality of life, and reduce postpartum women’s physical damage due to lack of family planning knowledge, Reproductive health.
