抗毛透明蛋白AE_(15)抗体能有效的识别内毛根鞘细胞株。但在常规福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋的组织中毛透明蛋白的抗原性不能表达。应用金属盐溶液结合微波辐射技术,可恢复毛透明蛋白抗体在福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋的皮肤组织和皮肤肿瘤中的表达。作者选择2例毛囊瘤和5例毛母质瘤,取正常头皮组织作对照,组织标本经10%福尔马林固定24~48小时,石蜡包埋,在室温保存6个月至2年。将5μ切片标本置涂有多聚-L-赖氨酸的载玻片上,脱蜡水化后,放人1%硫酸锌溶液中,在微波炉高功率
Anti-hair clearing protein AE_(15) antibody can effectively recognize the inner hairy root sheath cell strain. However, the antigenicity of wool hyaline protein cannot be expressed in conventional formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue. The use of metal salt solution combined with microwave radiation technology can restore the expression of the hairy clear protein antibody in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded skin tissue and skin tumors. The authors selected 2 cases of hair follicle tumors and 5 cases of hair follicle tumors. Normal scalp tissue was used as a control. Tissue specimens were fixed in 10% formalin for 24 to 48 hours, paraffin-embedded, and stored at room temperature for 6 months to 2 years. The 5μ slice specimens were placed on poly-L-lysine slides, dewaxed and hydrated, and then placed in a 1% zinc sulfate solution, high power in a microwave oven.
