选用了三种不同加固材料以及六种粘结剂对高强超薄膜材试件的夹持段进行加固处理,以找出避免此类膜材在单轴拉伸试验中出现的试件夹持段滑移、断裂现象的有效方法.根据试验材料破坏形式以及考虑试验成本,最终选择铝片作为加固材料,3M胶作为粘结剂.将选定的方法用于飞艇蒙皮材料GQ-6膜材的单轴拉伸试验.试验结果表明,加固方法有效且膜材力学性能参数可为飞艇蒙皮材料的强度设计及安全性评估提供理论参考.
Three different reinforcing materials and six kinds of binders were selected to reinforce the clamping section of the high strength and ultrathin film specimen to find the specimen holding section which avoids the appearance of the film in the uniaxial tensile test Slippage and rupture.According to the destruction form of the test material and considering the test cost, aluminum sheet is finally selected as the reinforcement material and 3M glue is used as the binder.The selected method is used for the airship skin material GQ-6 membrane Uniaxial tensile test.The experimental results show that the effective reinforcement method and mechanical parameters of the membrane can provide a theoretical reference for the strength design and safety assessment of the airship skin material.
