目的探讨苦杏仁水煎剂在治疗佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠中的抗炎作用机制。方法建立佐剂性AA大鼠模型,观察苦杏仁水煎剂对AA大鼠足肿胀、关节组织病理变化及血清中促炎细胞因子TNF-α与sICAM-1水平的影响。结果苦杏仁水煎剂高剂量组能有效抑制佐剂性AA大鼠关节肿胀及减轻组织炎症的发展,降低佐剂性关节炎大鼠血清中促炎细胞因子TNF-α及sICAM-1的水平。结论苦杏仁水煎剂对佐剂性关节炎大鼠具有良好的抗RA作用,其作用与抑制促炎细胞因子TNF-α及sICAM-1的水平有关。
Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory mechanism of bitter almond water decoction in the treatment of adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats. Methods The adjuvant AA model was established to observe the effect of bitter almond water decoction on foot swelling, joint pathological changes and the levels of serum proinflammatory cytokines TNF-α and sICAM-1 in AA rats. Results The high dose of amygdalus water decoction could effectively inhibit the swelling of joints and relieve the development of inflammation in adjuvant-induced AA rats, and decrease the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and sICAM-1 in adjuvant arthritis rats . Conclusion Bitter almond decoction has good anti-RA effect on adjuvant arthritis rats, and its effect is related to the inhibition of the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and sICAM-1.
