学术期刊开放获取服务促进了学术成果的交流与共享。本文采用网络调研法和文献调研法,以2014-2015年图书情报与档案管理一级学科的20种CSSCI来源期刊为对象,主要从期刊网站的资源库建设、检索系统、期刊订阅、期刊论文下载、交互平台等5方面展开调查,并分析现状及问题。认为学术期刊可通过优化资源获取、转变期刊订阅模式和提升交互平台活跃度优化开放获取服务,促进资源开放获取。
Academic journals open access services to promote the exchange and sharing of academic achievements. In this paper, we use 20 kinds of CSSCI journals, which are the first-class subject of library information and file management in 2014-2015, as the research object, mainly from the network construction and retrieval system, periodical subscription and periodical essay downloading , Interactive platforms and other aspects of 5 investigations, and analyze the status quo and problems. It is believed that academic journals can optimize the access to services by optimizing the access to resources, changing the subscription mode of journals, and improving the activity of interactive platforms, so as to promote the open access to resources.
