据报道,蜂蜜中的还原糖含量是蜂蜜的主要质量指标之一。《中国药典》1985年版收载的检验方法为经验法,其准确性与分析人员的操作熟练程度有关。大批抽样检验比较繁杂费时,未能满足生产的要求。为此,我们试图用砷钼酸比色法测定还原糖含量。经多次实验,结果表明该方法准确方便,可行性较大。
According to reports, the content of reducing sugar in honey is one of the main quality indicators of honey. The test method of the “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” published in 1985 is an empirical method, and its accuracy is related to the proficiency of analysts in operation. A large number of sampling inspections were relatively time-consuming and failed to meet production requirements. For this reason, we attempted to determine the reducing sugar content using arseno-molybdic acid colorimetry. After many experiments, the results show that the method is accurate and convenient, and the feasibility is high.
