消毒供应中心(以下简称CSSD)是医院内承担各科室所有重复使用诊疗器械、器具和物品清洗、消毒、灭菌以及无菌物品供应的部门,其工作质量直接影响医疗护理质量,甚至威胁患者的生命安全,与医院感染的发生密切相关。按标准建立CSSD,实行规范标准化管理,可有效降低医院感染的发生率。随着2009年《医院消毒供应中心第1部分:管理规范》等六项国家卫生行业标准的颁布实施,我国医院感染的预防与控制工作重心已向重点科室、重点部门和重点环节的标准化管理转移。承载着医院消毒灭菌和无菌物品供应重任的CSSD步入规范化、标准化、专业化和精细化的科学发展轨道。为推进有关CSSD管理的三项强制性卫生行业标准的贯彻落实,促进国家间标准的交流,2010年9月由卫生部医院管理研究所、卫生部医院感染控制标委会与中华预防医学会消毒分会、中国医院协会医院感染管理专业委员会联合举办的全国医院消毒供应工作研讨会在广州成功举办。本期特别策划栏目特邀请出席会议的卫生部监督中心标准处高小蔷处长以及安徽省、黑龙江省、江苏省卫生厅主管领导从宏观上介绍了医院感染控制标准的重要作用以及在推进CSSD标准中的宝贵经验。本刊将在下期特别策划栏目中继续刊出一组基层医院CSSD管理实践的文章,供大家参考与借鉴。
