分析国外不同国家农村医疗保障模式及其特点,对于中国不同地区选择适合自己的农村医疗保障制度,具有借鉴意义。一、免费医疗保障模式免费医疗保障模式,也称国家医疗、全民医疗保障模式。实行免费医疗保障模式的国家,基本上由国家开办医院,提供医疗服务。英国、瑞典、爱尔兰、丹麦等发达国家和马来西亚、越南等发展中国家所实行的福利性全民医疗保障制度都属于此类。实行免费医疗保障制度国家的保障对象通常包括全体公民,当然也覆盖了全部农村居民。
