对于刑事理化检验而言,主要是在相关法律法规的指导下,发挥分析化学理论的优势,采取相应技术方式,针对公共机关的案件中涉及的相关证据材料进行搜集、记载、提取,进行定量、定性和对比的检验,隶属刑事科学技术范畴。立足依法治国的大环境,在立法领域,针对司法鉴定检验测试提出了更高的标准和要求,尤其是针对其自身资质,需要切实提升刑事理化检验分析的质量,强化水平的提高。本文阐述了刑事理化检验的主要年内容和项目,分析了产生作用的影响因素,提出了具有针对性的应对策略。
For criminal physical and chemical testing, it is mainly under the guidance of relevant laws and regulations, giving full play to the advantages of analytical chemistry theory, taking the corresponding technical methods, collecting, recording, extracting and quantifying relevant evidences and materials involved in the case of public authorities, Qualitative and comparative test, under the scope of criminal science and technology. Based on the general situation of governing the country according to law, in the field of legislation, higher standards and requirements have been put forward for judicial examination and testing. Especially for its own qualification, the quality of criminal physical and chemical examination and analysis needs to be effectively improved to enhance the level of improvement. This article elaborates the main contents and items of criminal physical and chemical tests, analyzes the influential factors and gives some targeted countermeasures.
