In the calculation and evaluation of vehicle damage to pavement, it is not enough to consider only the static axle load. However, the evaluation of pavement damage is still insufficient with more vehicle dynamic load coefficient (DLC). Based on the “fourth power law”, this paper presents a total probability evaluation method for vehicle damaged pavement, which can well reflect the vehicle’s fatigue damage to the entire road surface
